President Uhuru Kenyatta Donated Ksh 2 Millions To The Family Of The Late Mighty Salim

President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta donated Ksh 2 million to the family of the late Mighty Salim. This information was delivered by Nakuru governor Lee Kinyanjui. This stirred mixed reactions online with many seeing it as a hypocrite way. According to many, he should have donated the cash when Mighty Salim was still alive. However, many appreciated the president for his action. According to Mighty Salim’s Sister Sarafina Salim, the reason why he didn’t have a kidney transplant is was not due to lack of funds. That was due to to his other health conditions, Salim was suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. This could lead to a transplant failure. Sarafina Salim was speaking at an interview with Kameme TV. Salim was laid to rest at his home place Subukia. The funeral service was aired live on all social media platforms with over 100k live viewers. There were also over 500 Kenyan artists and a dozen of politicians.
