Comedian cum MC Fred Omondi has been confirmed dead. The brother to Comedian Eric Omondi was involved in a bad accident along outer Ring road Nairobi.
Comedian Fred Omondi has been confirmed dead. Fred who doubles as an MC was on 15 June 2024 involved in a bad accident while riding on a bodaboda. The accident happened along outer Ring Road Nairobi.
Fred was hit by a Forward travellers bus and was rushed to Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Fred Omondi will be remembered due to his sense of humor. He rose to fame after his performance on Churchill show which aired on NTV. He had a very promising career both as an MC and Comedian. May His soul rest in peace.

"I've learnt with sadness the sudden passing of Fred Omondi brother to comedian Eric Omondi, following a road accident along Kangundo Road; Fred was reportedly hit by a Forward Travellers matatu early this morning while on a boda boda and was pronounced dead on arrival at Mama Lucy Hospital.
The late Fred Omondi was an MC and event organiser during my daughter's graduation party. He did a tremendous job by bringing on board top artistes, dancers, and gospel singers to entertain our guests.
